Yesterday was my day off. Usually, I go climbing, but I couldn't find a partner. So, I went for a run instead.

My friends and I are training for a 10k mountain race in April, it happens to fall on my 33rd birthday. I've been loosely following a training schedule and was slated to do 8 miles for my long run. I ran 9 instead. My course left from my house and led me to the dirt loop that we all did during the McReganathon.

This happened around noon.
I spent the rest of the day on the couch watching movies.

Something about the run, the sun, the breeze, perhaps not drinking enough water, made me feel nauseous. Nothing to worry about, I'm fine today.

Another Day at Work

Sometimes, I get to go to exotic places. I met this guy at the Date Festival in Indio, CA. For lunch, I drank a five dollar shake -- a date shake. So good.
